The occupation municipality approves the settlement project in the neighbourhood of Sheikh Jarrah

The Planning and Building Committee in the occupation municipality approved on Wednesday the settlement project in the neighbourhood of Sheikh Jarrah for building a religious school, a special school and a synagogue on 4-Dunom land. According to the blueprint (68858), the project will consist of 12 floors and the total area of the building will be 1.9 Dunoms, and another 1.3 Dunoms will be designated for open space used as facilities for the project and the rest of the 4 Dunoms will be used as storage facilities for the occupation’s municipality. The project will be built on a land located between Naseef gas station and Al-Haya Medical Center that was confiscated in the 1980’s under the pretext of “absentee property”.
