Sentencing four minors and extending the arrest of three others

The Magistrate judge sentenced on Tuesday four Jerusalemite minors and extended the arrest of three others. Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the Magistrate judge sentenced Mohammad Haitham Mahmoud for 6 months of actual imprisonment, a suspended probation of four months for two years and a fine of 3 thousand NIS. He also sentenced Adham Qunbar for 4 months of actual imprisonment, a suspended probation of four months for two years and a fine of 1800 NIS. The lawyer added that the judge also sentenced Majdi Zghari for a suspended probation of four months for two years, 50-hour course and a 2000-NIS fine, and Mouath Salaymeh was sentenced for a suspended probation of four months for two years and a fine of 1500 NIS. The lawyer also added that the Magistrate judge extended on Tuesday the arrest of Hussam Zmurod until Thursday, and Ahmad Zmurod until Friday and the minor Majd Saeed until Wednesday; note that a prosecutor’s permit was submitted in Tuesday’s session to submit an indictment against Majd Saeed.
