Sentencing two young men and extending the arrest of seven others

The Magistrate judge sentenced on Tuesday two young Jerusalemite men and extended the arrest of seven others and released two minors. Prison sentence Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the Magistrate judge sentenced Ihab Hadreh for 12 months of actual imprisonment and a suspended probation of eight months for three years; note that he’s being detained since the end of last November. The lawyer added that the judge also sentenced Ziad Abu Hadwan for 10 months of actual imprisonment and a suspended probation of five months for three years in addition to a 1000-NIS fine. Extending the arrest of a young man accused of stabbing two borders police individuals The Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Mousa Mohammad Ajloni (accused of stabbing two borders police individuals at Lions Gate) until completing the legal procedures against him. A medical report was submitted in Tuesday’s session which explained that Ajloni does not suffer from any illness and is clear for sentencing but the lawyer explained that the report is bias and is issued by Israeli organizations not a doctor. Extensions of arrest In a related matter, lawyer Mahmoud added that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Ibrahim Amoudi from Shu’fat refugee camp until the beginning of March; note that he is being interrogated in Al-Maskobyeh cells. The lawyer pointed out that he filed an appeal to the District judge on Tuesday against extending the arrest of his client but it was rejected. The judge also extended the arrest of Issa Sawi until 19/3/2015 and Atyeh Rajabi until the beginning of March, and Mahmoud Jaser Abulhawa until Thursday. Releases The judge released the child Bashar Jbareen with a 2000-NIS bail; note that he was arrested on Tuesday for not attending the court session regarding his case. Also, the 14-year old Ibrahim Jamil Gheith was also released with a third-party bail of 5000 NIS.
