May 1, 2015

The occupation authorities renewed the isolation of the 32-year old Jerusalemite Daoud Mohammad Al-Ghoul from the city of Jerusalem for an addition for months for “security reasons”. Daoud Al-Ghoul is a resident of the neighborhood of Ras Al-Amoud in Silwan. The occupation authorities issued an order to isolate him from the city of Jerusalem for 5 months on 30/11/2015.  On 30/4/2015 and immediately after the order expired, the authorities renewed his isolation from the city and the decision came from the Commander of Internal Front. Al-Ghoul explained that the occupation isolated him from the West Bank for 6 months from 3/12/2014 until 1/6/2015; note that the decision was made by the Commander of Central District. He was also banned from travelling abroad from 8/3/2015 until 8/4/2015, and then the ban was renewed on 8/4/2015 for 6 months until 8/10/2015; note that this decision was made by the Israeli Minister of Interior.
