Al-Aqsa: Assaulting and arresting women

The occupation police arrested on Tuesday three women and assaulted another group to secure the settlers’ break-ins to the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the detainees are: Ma’aly Siam and Fatina Hasan from Jerusalem and Dania Fadel from “Kabul” in the 1948 lands. Witnesses explained that the occupation forces assaulted the women and removed the head-scarf of one woman, and also assaulted others with pushing and beating. The forces also assaulted Al-Aqsa guards and a group of young men who tried to defend the women; the forces also verbally assaulted the females during the arrest. The witnesses pointed out that the police arrested one woman from the courtyard of the Dome of the Rock and two others from Hutta Gate.
