Isolations from Al-Aqsa…extensions of arrest

The Magistrate judge decided on Thursday to isolated Tamer Shala’ta from Al-Aqsa Mosque for 17 days and imposed a 300-NIS bail on him; Shala’ta was arrested on Wednesday and was released on condition of attending court on Thursday. The occupation authorities isolated Hanadi Halawani and Khadijeh Khweis from Al-Aqsa for 30 days. In a related matter, Al-Dameer organization lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud said that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Shadi Alayan until 6/7/2015 and Basel Shweiki and Tawfiq Shweiki until completing the legal procedures against them. Lawyer Mahmoud added that the judge extended the arrest of Abdullah Hadreh until 16/9/2015 for sentencing and Ahmad Abu Shroukh until 14/7/2015 and Suhaib Al-A’war until 13/7/2015. The judge also extended the arrest of the 21-year old Hasan Ayoub Abu Rmeileh until 9/7/2015; note that he underwent an absentia session since he is at the hospital receiving treatment after being shot in the back on Qalandia checkpoint. The lawyer also added that the Magistrate judge decided to release the 13-year old Mohammad Jaber with a 1000-NIS bail and a third-party bail of 5 thousand NIS in addition to house-arrest for five days. Wadi Hilweh Information Center’s lawyer explained that the prosecution submitted on Wednesday a prosecutor’s permit to submit indictments against Murad Alqam (14), Nour Eddin Abu Hadwan (15), Omar Tawil (14), Omar Yassin (14-an American citizen), Mohammad Tayeh and Saleh Shtayyeh (15) and the judge extended their arrest until next Sunday.
