On charges of incitement on Facebook: Sentencing Musbah Abu Sbeih for one year

The Magistrate judge in Jerusalem sentenced on Thursday a Jerusalemite man for actual imprisonment on charges of incitement on Facebook. Amjad Abu Asab, head of Jerusalemites detainees and prisoners families committee, explained that the Magistrate judge sentenced the 38-year old Jerusalemite prisoner Musbah Abu Sbeih for 12 months of actual imprisonment and a suspended probation of six months after he was convicted of incitement on Facebook; the judge decided to confiscate Musbah’s cell phone under the pretext of being the “crime tool”. Abu Asab explained that Musbah was arrested on 12/1/2015 when he was at the Magistrate court following up with his son’s case (Izz Eddin) who is detained inside the occupation’s prisons.
