Extending the arrest of a woman and releasing three young men

The occupation police extended on Tuesday the arrest of a Jerusalemite woman and released three others. Lawyer Ramzi Kateelat from Qudsuna human rights organization explained that the police extended the arrest of the 50-year old Siham Odeh until Wednesday to present her to the Magistrate court on charges of participating in riots and assaulting a policeman. Lawyer Kateelat added that the police released the 13-year old Mohammad Mousa Bayya’ from Shu’fat refugee camp after he was detained for several hours; note that his father bailed him out. The 18-year old Mustafa Sayad and the 15-year old Adam Hamdi Abu Rmeileh were also released on condition of attending court on Wednesday on charges of “illegal gathering inside Al-Aqsa Mosque”. In a related matter, Al-Dameer organization lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud said that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Naeem Abu Sara until next Sunday and Odai Dari until Wednesday. Wadi Hilweh Information Center’s lawyer mentioned that the District judge extended the arrest of Mouayad Abu Rmeileh until completing the legal procedures against him.
