The occupation releases three Jerusalemite prisoners
The occupation authorities released on Sunday three Jerusalemite prisoners after they completed their prison sentences in the occupation prisons. Releasing the activist Omar Shalabi Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the occupation authorities released the former secretary of Fateh Movement in Jerusalem, Omar Shalabi, after spending 9 months in the occupation prisons on charges of incitement on Facebook. Amjad Abu Asab, head of Jerusalemites detainees and prisoners families committee, explained that the occupation authorities arrested a group of Jerusalemite activists last year and accused them of incitement on social media, and in an unprecedented move sentenced them for various durations. The Jerusalemite minor Mohammad Ziad Abu Sbitan The occupation authorities released the 17-year old Mohammad Ziad Abu Sbitan after completing his 7-month prison sentence. Mohammad was arrested last February and was transferred in between Al-Maskobyeh detention center, Hasharon and Megiddo prisons. The Jerusalemite minor Amin Hamed The occupation authorities also released the 17-year old Amin Omar Kayed Hamed from the village of Esawyeh after he completed his 22-month prison sentence. Abu Asab explained that Amin was arrested on 15/11/2015 in a campaign that targeted the children of the village and convicted them of throwing stones and Molotov Cocktails. During detention, Amin was subjected to punishment and isolation and went on an open hunger strike for several days in protest against the policy of Megiddo prison. He was transferred in between several prisons and was released from Hasharon prison.
