Sentencing a child and a young man…isolations from Al-Aqsa Mosque

The District and Magistrate judges sentenced one child and a young man for actual imprisonment while the Magistrate judge released two young men on condition of isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque for one month.

Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the Magistrate judge sentenced the child Mahmoud Abulhawa for 7 months of actual imprisonment, a 2500-NIS fine and a suspended probation of 4 months for three years on charges of throwing stones.

Lawyer Mahmoud added that the Magistrate judge decided to released Mohammad Shalabi and Amjad Abu Sbeih on condition of isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque for one month, house-arrest for 7 days and a third-party bail.

Extending the arrest of children

The judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Samir Abulhawa, Daoud Abulhawa, Sufian Abulhawa and Odai Halseh until 31/5/2016, Ahmad Qawasmi until 3/5/2016, Adnan Rajabi until 9/6/2016 (witnesses hearing session), and Adham Obeidat until 12/7/2016.

Extending the arrest of young men

Lawyer Mahmoud added that the judge extended the arrest of Abed Abu Sneineh until 23/5/2016, Amir Abu Zeina until 13/4/2016, Murad Mheisen until 19/4/2016, Mohammad Suleiman until 23/6/2016, Odai Obeid until 17/4/2016, Amjad Salaymeh and Ahmad Mohammad Salaymeh and Ahmad Samer Salaymeh until 23/6/2016, Fadi Atyeh until 30/5/2016, Akram Mustafa until 9/5/2016, Baha’ Ajloni until 9/6/2016 and Yousef Alayan until 1/6/2016.
