Arrests…extensions of arrest…and deportations from Jerusalem

The occupation authorities arrested on Monday 15-year old Sami Eid Abu Rmeileh from the village of Esawyeh.

Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Israeli police transferred the child to Salah Eddin Street police station in Jerusalem.

The forces also arrested Ahmad Shawish on Monday and Hasan Safadi on Sunday.

On the other hand, the occupation authorities deported Mohammad Shalabi and Amjad Abu Sbeih from the city of Jerusalem for one month.

The police decided on Sunday to release three children that were arrested earlier that morning from the village of Esawyeh after raiding their homes. They are: Shadi Maher Odeh (17), Majd Marwan Dari (16) and Fadi Ra’fat Tarek Essawi (14). They were released on condition of house-arrest for 5 days and a third-party bail of 5 thousand NIS for each.

The police also extended the arrest of Abdullah Abu Asab until the end of May. The public prosecution submitted an indictment against Odai Obeid including charges of throwing stones and the judge extended his arrest until the beginning of next June. The judge also extended the arrest of Ahmad Kiswani until 5/5/2016 and sentenced Ahmad Awad for one month of actual imprisonment and a suspended probation of 4 months for three years in addition to a 1000-NIS fine.
