Two Jerusalemite children from the village of Esawyeh were injured with fractures in their arms after being assaulted and arrested by the Musta’ribeen unit (undercover police).

Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that 15-year old Fadi Ra’fat Tarek Essawi and 15-year old Mustafa Bilal Yousef Abu Hummos suffered fractures in their arms after being assaulted and beaten while being arrested in the village of Esawyeh and taken to Al-Maskobyeh police center in West Jerusalem; they will be transferred for treatment.

Mohammad Abu Hummos, member of follow-up committee in the village of Esawyeh, explained that individuals from the Musta’ribeen unit raided the Schools’ Street in the village driving a private vehicle and dressed in civilian clothes and arrested the two children with the support of occupation forces. He pointed out that the Musta’ribeen raided the village at the same time when a settlers’ vehicle also entered the village.
