Jabal Al-Mukabber: The occupation extends the arrest of a freed prisoner…and releases 10 young men
The Magistrate judge extended on Monday the arrest of a young man and decided to release 10 others from the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber; they were arrested recently on charges of belonging to a “terrorist organization”.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Sufian Abdo until Tuesday on charges of “incitement”; he was released nearly one week ago after spending 14 years in the occupation’s prisons and was arrested again last Friday.
The lawyer added that the judge released Adnan Aweisat, Nour Aweisat, Fares Aweisat and his brother Ali, Mahmoud Aweisat and his brother Ahmad, Mjahed Aweisat, Ala’ Abu Dheim and his brother Obaida and Mohammad Aweisat on condition of a 750-NIS bail, house-arrest for 7 days and a third-party bail for each.
The young men were recently arrested after being requested for interrogation on charges of belonging to a terrorist organization.
On the other hand, the judge extended the arrest of the child Adam Mahmoud and Ahmad Odeh until completing the legal procedures against them, and Dia’ Kawasmi until 5/9/2016 when the so-called “conduct officer” will release his report.
