The Arrest of a Jerusalemite Woman…   Judgment Postponed for Manar Shweiki

Israeli Forces arrested a Jerusalemite woman on Sunday, while judges of the District Court postponed the judgment of Manar Majdi Shweiki, age 16, until 02/02/2017.

Amjad Abu Assab, Chairman of the Committee of Jerusalemite Families reported that the Israeli Forces arrested Ms. Raeda A’layan, mother of the Jerusalemite detainee Mohammad Rabah A’layan, during her entry to visit him in Galboa’ Prison; she is from Issawiya town.

On the other hand the judges of the District Court postponed the judgment of Manar Majdi Shweiki until 02/02/2017; it had been scheduled to rule against the girl Shweiki, however her conduct report has not been issued.

Majdi Shweiki – father of Manar- explained that his daughter’s lawyer reached a deal with the Public Prosecution to require a judgment on his daughter for 6 years, after being convicted of "trying to hurt".
