Occupation soldiers open fire at a Jerusalemite girl at Qalandia checkpoint

Occupation soldiers shot on Monday 28-year old Manar Mjahed near Qalandia checkpoint; she is a resident of the neighborhood of Kufor Aqab north of Jerusalem.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said in a statement that a Palestinian girl (unidentified) was shot by the occupation soldiers at Qalandia checkpoint.

The occupation police described the girl’s injury as minor and said in a statement: “The girl was holding her bag in a suspicious way, and the forces stationed at the checkpoint opened fire towards her; she was transferred to the hospital for treatment and is under arrest.”
