Occupation forces arrest a young man from Silwan…extensions of arrest

The occupation forces arrested on Friday night 18-year old Maher Samer Sarhan after raiding his house in the village of Silwan.

On the other hand, lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the District Court approved the appeal he had submitted to reduce the prison sentence of his client Rami Mheisen; he is now sentenced for 18 months of actual imprisonment instead of 22 months.

The judge decided to release 21-year old Rawan Atef Shyoukhi on condition of deportation from the city of Jerusalem and house-arrest in Nazareth for 6 months.

The judge also extended the arrest of Saleh Abu Asab (minor) until Sunday, Yehya Abed Kamal indefinitely until the conduct officer releases his report, Ahmad Darwish until 29/3/2017, Anwar Al-Qaq until 6/4/2017, Amer Zidani until 20/4/2017 for sentencing and Ahmad Atef Obeid until 5/3/2017.

Lawyer Mahmoud also explained that the judge also reduced the releasing conditions imposed on the minor Yousef Abu Sneineh by allowing him to go to school.
