Pictures- Occupation authorities demolish a commercial establishment in the village of Silwan
The occupation municipality’s bulldozers demolished on Tuesday morning a commercial establishment in the neighborhood of Bi’er Ayoub in Silwan without prior notice and under the pretext of building without a permit.
Wadi Hilweh Information Center explained that municipality crews, Israeli police and Special Forces raided the neighborhood of Bi’er Ayoub in Silwan and were deployed in the streets. Afterwards, they raided a commercial establishment owned by Mohammad Odeh and started demolishing it and confiscating items.
Odeh explained that the municipality crews raided the carwash without prior notice and demolished it for the second time. They also confiscated its contents and loaded them on a truck; the carwash was established two years ago and is built from bricks. ‘
Odeh explained that this carwash was demolished a year ago, and came back and demolished it again.
The bulldozers also demolished a wall surrounding the land Odeh family in the area.
In the neighborhood of Beit Hanina, the bulldozers demolished an under-construction room owned by Daoud Mheisen.
Daoud explained that he recently built the room to turn it into a “women’s hair salon” where his wife would work. The bulldozers had demolished the salon at the end of last month.
