Demolishing two under-construction buildings in Al-Eizariya
On Wednesday morning, Israeli bulldozers demolished two under-construction buildings in Al-Eizariya village, east of Jerusalem, under the pretext of building without a permit and being too close to the separation wall; they are owned by Samer Abu Zayyad.
Samer said that he started construction early this year, and last May the occupation authorities issued a decision to demolish them. He immediately went to the court and was able to cancel the decision while working to obtain a building permit.
He added that after the construction of the separation wall, the area became part of the Jerusalem Municipality, while before the construction of the separation wall, we obtained building permits from Beit El.
He noted that the building area of the two buildings is "540 square meters and 430 square meters."
