Occupation municipality demolishes a house and displaces its residents
On Tuesday, the bulldozers of the occupation municipality demolished the house of Jihad Abu Rammouz in the Ras al-Amoud neighborhood in Silwan, without prior notice, under the pretext of building without a permit.
Abu Rammouz explained to Wadi Hilweh Information Center - Jerusalem, that bulldozers and municipality workers and their crews, accompanied by the police, broke into his house in the area of Ras Kabsa / Ras al-Amoud in the morning, after completely besieging it, and drove him and his family out of it after allowing them to remove some of the contents.
Abu Rammouz added that the bulldozers demolished the house, which had been built since last November, of bricks and reinforced iron, and had an area of 90 square meters.
Abu Rammouz explained that the bulldozers of the municipality had demolished his house last August, then demolished it again in the morning, while the municipality refused to issue a building permit in the area.
Four people lives in the house and were displaced as of Tuesday.
In the village of Jabal al-Mukabber, bulldozers stormed the area and removed wires surrounding a plot of land belonging to the Talab family.
