Arresting three children and sentencing a young man from Esawyeh
The Israeli police extended the arrest of 15-year old Mohammad Ahmad Atwan on Monday for one day.
Mujahed family explained that an Israeli force including individuals from the Israeli Intelligence raided the home of Jerusalemite prisoner MP Ahmad Mohammad Atwan in Sur Baher south of Jerusalem to arrest his 16-year old son Mujahed and 15-year old son Mohammad, but they were not home at that time and so they handed the family calls for investigation for both of them.
The family pointed out that the police extended the arrest of Mohammad for one day.
The police also arrested 15-year old Mohammad Mahmoud Mousa Atwan; note that they raided his home and did not find him and was arrested upon arrival to the investigation center.
Mohammad Mahmoud, Al-Dameer organization lawyer, said that the Magistrate court judge sentenced Mohammad Mousa Dirbas for actual imprisonment of 19 months on charges of belonging to the Popular Front.
The District court also extended the arrest of the two minors Basel Abu Sneineh and his brother Ibrahim until 16/12/2013 to discuss the possibility of releasing them with a bail and house arrest.
