Extensions, releases and arrests
The District court extended the arrest of two boys from Esawyeh until completing the legal procedures against them and released two others with a bail and house-arrest conditions. Mohammad Mahmoud, Al-Dameer organization lawyer, said that the District court judge released the two minors Adham Sabteh and Odai Obeid with a 3000-NIS bail and house arrest until completing the legal procedures against them. The judge also extended the arrest of the minors Mohammad Samir Obeid and Mu’ath Obeid and refused to release them with a bail; note that the general prosecution accused them of throwing Molotov cocktails at a military camp in Esawyeh. The lawyer added that the judge released 13-year old Saleh Abu Asab with a 500-NIS bail and house arrest for three days after arresting him on Tuesday early morning hours from his home; note that the judge allowed him to go to school. He also released Tarek Zarba with a 500-NIS bail. The Magistrate court judge decided to release Adel Okeh with a bail and house arrest but the police requested to freeze the decision until submitting an appeal to extend his arrest. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the police arrested two Jerusalemite young men on Tuesday early morning hours after raiding their homes in the old city of Jerusalem; they are Mousa Ajloni and Shadi Abu Farha.
