The arrest of Dima Mohammad Ali Qunbar under the pretext of “stabbing a soldier”
The Israeli forces arrested 16-year old Dima Mohammad Ali Al-Sawahreh “Qunbar” under the pretext of stabbing a soldier in the old city of Jerusalem. The Israeli police spokeswoman, Luba Samri, said in a statement that an Israeli soldier was injured with minor injuries in his leg and didn’t need to be transferred to the hospital as his fellow soldiers took care of him and arrested the young girl who is from Jabal Al-Mukabber in Jerusalem. The girl’s father said: “the family was informed that Dima was arrested through neighbours and other family members, and I did not receive any phone call from the police to inform me of the incident, and do not have any information.” He pointed out that the borders police along with the tax authority employees raided his house last week and confiscated a laptop.
