Extending the arrest of 4 Jerusalemites including a young woman and releasing three others

The Magistrate court extended the arrest of one young woman and three other Jerusalemites from the village of Esawyeh on Thursday. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the Magistrate court judge extended the arrest of 40-year old Mohammad Abdullah Abu Hummus and his 18-year old daughter, Haneen, 19-year old Abdullah Abu Hummus and 22-year old Mohammad Ahmad Abu Hummus until Sunday to continue investigating them on charges of assaulting police individuals and Haneen’s attempt to stab one of them. In a related matter, lawyer of the International movement to defend children, Ziad Hidmi, said that the Magistrate court judge decided to release three young men from the village of Al-Tur. They are: 18-year old Baha’ Eddin Ahmad Abulhawa, 18-year old Tarek Baker Abulhawa and 18-year old Walid Samir Abulhawa with a bail of 500 NIS and house arrest for 5 days for each and on condition of staying away at least 10 meters from the police station in Al-Tur.
