The mother of the Jerusalemite prisoner Ibrahim Abbasi passes away
The mother of the Jerusalemite prisoner, Ibrahim Abbasi, passed away on Monday afternoon. The Jerusalemites prisoners and detainees families committee said that Hajjeh Zahyeh Abbasi (Um Khader) wished to visit her son several times but the prison’s administration delayed arranging a special visit for her son for many months. The 53-year old Jerusalemite prisoner, Ibrahim Abbasi, is considered one of the leaders of the “Prisoners movement” inside the occupation prisons. He was arrested on 27/09/1998 and was sentenced for 18 years on charges of leading one of the cells of Hamas inside the city of Jerusalem.
