Assaulting a child and a woman inside Al-Aqsa Mosque

One child and one woman were injured on Wednesday morning after being assaulted by the Israeli forces inside Al-Aqsa Mosque while the forces were securing the settlers’ break-in. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the 12-year old child Musleh Naser Shihadeh from Silwan was assaulted by the Israeli forces who directly hit him on his back using batons and the butts of their guns; note that he suffered severe pains and was transferred to Al-Aqsa clinic for treatment. Dr. Ziad Sroor from Al-Aqsa clinics said that the child was injured in the kidneys’ area as he was hit on his back. After receiving first aid, the child was transferred to the hospital for further checkups and x-rays. The Dr. added that a woman was injured in her jaw after being hit with batons and was also transferred to the hospital for necessary x-rays. Witnesses said that the assault was carried out on a group of women and children using batons and the butts of the forces’ guns.
