Tags: Extension of arrest The Israeli police arrested on Wednesday afternoon one child and one girl from Al-Silsileh Gate (one of Al-Aqsa Mosque Gates). Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the occupation forces arrested the 10-year old Izz Salaymeh and the 17-year old Aya Abu Nab when they were near Al-Silsileh Gate. In a related matter, the Musta’ribeen (undercover unit) arrested on Tuesday night Nadim Ahmad Obeid and Ala’ Ibrahim Obeid from the village of Esawyeh. The forces also arrested the child Fahmi Ali Ismaeel Al-Razem from the area of Herod’s Gate, and one child from the area of Lions Gate. Extensions of arrest… Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the District judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Mahmoud Salaymeh who is accused of running-over female soldiers and Mahmoud Abu Usba’ who is accused of stabbing a settler until 25/6/2015. The judge also extended the arrest of Baker Mughrabi and Issa Abu Jom’a until 13/7/2015 (witnesses hearing session) and Mohammad Abu Jom’a until 21/6/2015. The Magistrate judge extended on Tuesday the arrest of Mohammad Jaber Abbasi until Wednesday and a prosecutor’s permit was submitted to file an indictment against him. The judge also extended the arrest of Daoud Sbitan and Basel Shweiki until 7/6/2015, Yousef Naser Abu Jom’a and Ahmad Abu Shroukh until 21/6/2015, Yazan Mheisen until 30/6/2015 and Mohammad Atyeh until completing all legal procedures against him. Releases… Lawyer Mahmoud added that the Magistrate judge decided to release Murad Shweiki and Nasim Shweiki on condition of house-arrest for 5 days and deporting them from their houses in Al-Thori in Silwan in addition to a third-party bail. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that Nasim Shweiki was assaulted during the arrest and suffered injuries in his face as well as bruises in different parts of his body.
