Sentencing the prisoner Odai Bayoumi on charges of “incitement” on Facebook
The Magistrate court sentenced on Monday morning the 23-year old Jerusalemite prisoner Odai Mufeed Ibrahim Bayoumi for 17 months of actual imprisonment after he was convicted of “incitement” on Facebook. Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the Magistrate judge sentenced Bayoumi for 13 months on charges of “incitement” and 4 months for a previous suspended probation making it a total of 17 months of actual imprisonment. It is noteworthy that Odai has been detained since 16/12/2014.
