A decision to release three Jerusalemite children

The Magistrate judge decided to release three Jerusalemite children on conditions of a financial bail and house-arrest for each.

Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Israeli police arrested three children from the Old City of Jerusalem on Friday night, they are: Malek Basem Assaileh (14), Ahmad Hatem Da’na (15) and Mohammad Mousa Batroukh (13). They were accused of throwing stones and the judge decided to release them on condition of house-arrest for 6 days and a 1000-NIS bail in addition to a third-party bail of 5 thousand NIS for each.
