Approving the release of the body of martyr Ishaq Al-Ajlouni
The Public Prosecutor's Office agreed to hand over the body of the Jerusalemite Martyr Ishaq Hamdi Al-Ajlouni, who has been held in the refrigerators since June 2023.
Mohammad Mahmoud, the lawyer of the Wadi Hilweh Information Center - Jerusalem, explained that the Public Prosecutor's Office responded to the "Supreme Court" regarding the petition submitted for the handover of the body of the martyr Ishaq Al-Ajlouni, and agreed to hand it over, but the date and conditions of the handover will be determined by the police.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud presented the petition to the Supreme Court last July, asking for the handover of the body of the martyr Al-Ajlouni, and not to bury him in the number cemetery. On Thursday, the prosecution sent its non-opposition to the handover of the body of the martyr’s body.
Martyr Ishaq Al-Ajlouni was martyred on 26/6/2023 at the Qalandia checkpoint, and the Israeli forces claimed that he opened fire at the checkpoint.
