In the sum of 10 thousand shekels - 12 fines issued to the family of a Jerusalemite martyr
The occupation authorities issued 12 fines against the family of a Jerusalemite martyr after storming their home in the city of Jerusalem.
The Wadi Hilweh Information Center - Jerusalem learned that the occupation authorities stormed the home of the family of a Jerusalemite martyr- who preferred not to mention its name - during two consecutive days last week, and imposed 12 fines on the family worth 10 thousand shekels.
The Information Center explained that the forces stormed the home of the martyr’s family on the first day, and after searching the vicinity of the house and its entrance, imposed several fines on him: “The floor of the entrance to the house must not be made of asphalt,” the presence of “papers and tissues in the parking lot of the house,” and the presence of “remains of repair materials inside the balcony of the house,” and the presence of “waste and dust on an empty lot close to the house,” and “metal fence on an outside wall,” noting that the municipality was the one who installed it years ago.
The center added that the forces returned the next day and issued the same violations.
The value of the fines was between 475-730 shekels each.
The forces also revoked the licenses of 4 of the family's vehicles, and imposed a fine of 1,000 shekels for each vehicle.
The center added that the forces forced the family to bring vehicles registered in their names, and revoked their licenses.
