Prisoner from Jerusalem released after 10 months in prison, extended arrest of 3 others

The administration of Ha Sharaon prison has released 18 years old Sharif al Rajabi after spending 10 months in the Israeli prisons. He was accused of throwing molotov cocktails, fireworks and stones at Israeli forces in Silwan.

In related news the Magistrate court has extended the arrest of Muhammad Abed Odeh until 15.413. when he is to be presented to the parol officer for the possibility of being released under bail and a house arrest.

Muhammad Mahmood, the lawyer of al Dameer organization told Wadi Hilwe's Information Center that the Magistrate court released Fayez Mhesen from al Essawiye under the bail of 2000 NIS and a house arrest until the end of the legal procedure.

He added that the judge of the magistrate court released Amjad Abu Sneneh in a 7000 NIS bail an Mahmood Derbas on a 4000 NIS bail and a house arrest until the end of the legal procedure. Hoever, the prosecution appealed and there will be a hearing on Monday.

The police have released 2 young men from the old city of Jerusalem after an investigation lasting for a few hours . The head of the Prisoner's Club in Jerusalem , Nasser Kaws, has said that the police arrested 19 year old Hamza Khalaf and the 22 years old Muhammad Asile after raiding their house in the old city. They were transferred to al Qishle police center and were investigated about the settlers' attempt who tried to raid the Aqsa mosque on Saturday. After a few hours they were released .without any conditions and they requested a 3rd young man by the name of Ibrahim Asile
