Settlers damage the tires of eleven cars in the neighbourhood of Sheikh Jarrah

On Monday morning, the tires of eleven cars were damaged by settlers in the neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah in Jerusalem. Mohammad Al-Sheikh told Wadi Hilweh Information Center that they were surprised around 7 a.m. to find six cars with damaged tires belonging to the families of (Joulani, Sa’oo, Al-Sheikh and Khresheh). Looking at one of the surveillance cameras in the area, it was clear that several settlers who were wearing religious clothes damaged the tires using a sharp tool around 4 a.m. The families who live on the main road in front of the Sheikh Jarrah mosque were also surprised to find five cars with damaged tires belonging to the families of (Mizi’ro, Shtayyeh, Hamdan, Ramadi and an unknown vehicle). Sheikh explained that this is the fifth time where tires are being damaged by extremist settlers in the neighborhood, knowing that the residents had already filed a claim to the police three times in addition to their presence on Monday to check the incident.
