Events of digging a hole in the Separation Wall in Abu Dees
October 3, 2013

Activists from the Popular Front dug three holes in the Separation Wall which separates Jerusalem from Abu Dees and Bethany on Thursday. It is noteworthy that this is the seventh time this year where parts of the Wall have been demolished in the areas of Abu Dees and Bethany; the closest towns to the city of Jerusalem. The Popular Front activists along with foreign activists used hand tools to dig the three holes where the biggest was (1m*1m), note that the Wall is built using bricks from the side of Abu Dees and Bethany, while on the Jerusalem side they built it using cement after a big hole was dug on that side. The Israeli forces raided the area while the activists were digging and fired sound and gas bombs towards them.
