The arrest of a child in the old city of Jerusalem and releasing another on condition of keeping distance from Al-Aqsa

The Israeli police arrested on Friday afternoon 11-year old Ayman Hasheemeh while standing outside his home in the old city of Jerusalem. Witnesses said that the police arrested the child while he was outside his home and without knowing the reason behind the arrest. In a related matter, the Israeli police released the child Nour Salim Shalabi on condition of staying away from Al-Aqsa for two weeks as he was charged with inciting. Shalabi was arrested on Friday morning after the Israeli police raided his home in the neighbourhood of Wadi Joz in Jerusalem; note that he was investigated in Al-Qishleh precinct.
