Releasing a child and a young man from Silwan and Anata
The Israeli prisons administration released on Sunday a child and a young man from Silwan and Anata after completing their prison sentences. Release Mohammad Raed Siam The administration of Hasharon prison released 16-year old Mohammad Raed Siam after spending 14 months in the occupation’s prisons. Mohammad Siam was arrested from his house in Silwan on 20/01/2013 and was exposed to harsh interrogation in Al-Maskobyeh despite his young age. He suffered a bad medical and psychological situation during the first arrest period and was charged with throwing stones, Molotov cocktails and fireworks towards a settlement outpost in Silwan. Siam explained that the young prisoners suffer from very difficult condition in the Israeli prisons. Releasing the Jerusalemite Haitham Salhab The occupation authorities released on Sunday afternoon the 35-year old Jerusalemite Haitham Mousa Ibrahim Salhab after completing his 7-year prison sentence; note that he was released from Al-Naqab (Negev) desert prison. Haitham was arrested on 03/03/2007 and was convicted of several charges and was transferred in between several prisons; Haitham is married and has three children.
