The Israeli forces arrested on Wednesday three young men and a child form the city of Jerusalem. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the Israeli forces arrested the child Abood Haddad, 19-year old Abed Abu Sbeih, Ali Mit’eb and Mousa Ghosheh. Lawyer Al-Jo’beh said that the occupation court ordered him four months ago to turn himself in to Al-Ramleh prison after he was charges with assaulting a policeman near one of Al-Aqsa Gates after the policeman had prevented Al-Jo’beh from entering Al-Aqsa; the lawyer pointed out that this case has been postponed for nearly three years. The lawyer explained that the court ordered him to turn himself in and serve a 2-month prison sentence and if he doesn’t, they will arrest him and detain him for four months. It is noteworthy that Al-Jo’beh is the brother of the two Jerusalemite prisoners Majed Ragheb Al-Jo’beh (32 years) and Haitham Al-Jo’beh (30 years). They both have been detained for a year as the occupation court charged them with membership in the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas). In a related matter, the Magistrate court judge decided to release 14-year old Ahmad Qaraeen with a 500-NIS bail and on condition of isolation from Damascus Gate for 60 days; note that they gave him the possibility of only passing by. The child Qaraeen was arrested last Sunday after being assaulted and severely beaten while he was in Damascus Gate on charges of throwing stones at an Israeli bus.
