The administration of Jalboo’ prison released on Wednesday the 20-year old Anas Mohammad Mahmoud Abbasi after completing his 30-month prison sentence. Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Ashraf Sarhan and the minor Mohammad Sa’adeh until Friday; note that Sa’adeh was arrested on Wednesday early morning after raiding his house in Silwan. Mouath, Muntaser and Firas Shyoukhi as well as Mohammad Abu Nab and Mohammad Tawil were presented to court on Wednesday and the judge extended their arrest until Sunday to conditionally release them. The judge extended the arrest of Yousef Obeid, Louai Sarandah and Wael Sabteh until 22/05/2014 which is when the so-called “conduct officer” will release his report and discuss the possibility of releasing them with a bail and house arrest. The police also released on Wednesday the child Msallam Mousa Odeh after arresting and interrogating him for 7 hours in Al-Maskobyeh detention center; note that he was released without any conditions. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the Israeli forces arrested on Wednesday the children Ahmad Al-Agha, Abdallah Julani and Mahdi Abu Sneineh from the neighbourhood of Al-Qirmi and arrested on Tuesday night the child Rashid Risheq who was recently released on condition of house arrest. In a related matter, the Magistrate court decided to release the minor Mohammad Samir on condition of house arrest at his mother’s house in the Old City of Jerusalem and a 1000-NIS financial bail. Mohammad was detained for 38 days and was interrogated on charges of participating in clashes that occurred in Al-Aqsa Mosque. The Prisoner’s Club lawyer, Mufeed Al-Hajj, said that Jawad Burqan from Sheikh Jarrah was released after being detained for 4 days. The prosecution submitted an indictment against him on Tuesday and accused him of assaulting the policeman who assaulted his son. The lawyer explained that the public prosecution submitted on Wednesday a request to the Magistrate court to extend the arrest of Mohammad Hussam Abu Sneineh in order to continue investigating him but the court refused and ordered to release him on condition of house arrest, but the District court accepted the prosecution’s appeal to the decision and ordered to extend Mohammad’s arrest until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday; note that the minor was arrest on 11/05/2014. The Magistrate court held on Tuesday a hearing session for the prisoners Adli Najib, Ala’ Zghayyar and Thaer Zghayyar but it was postponed until 17/06/2014.
