Preventing women and young men from entering Al-Aqsa and the arrest of a woman
The Israeli police prevented women and young men from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque on Monday. The Israeli restrictions began at 7 a.m. and female Marabouts and young men were denied entrance to Al-Aqsa Mosque while older men were allowed to enter on condition of leaving their IDs at Al-Aqsa Gates. The police closed the Gates of King Faisal, Qataneen and Al-Hadeed and left the Gates of Hutta, Lions, Al-Silsileh and Al-Majles open but establish iron barriers at the entrances. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the police arrested Amal Othman after assaulting and beating her near Al-Majles Gate.
