Arresting 18 Jerusalemites including a girl

The lawyer of Al-Dameer organization, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Israeli forces carried out a series of arrest against Jerusalemites after raiding their houses in several neighborhoods of the city. The lawyer explained that the forces arrested Omar Shalabi, Naser Hidmi, Ibrahim Abdeen, Tarek Kurd, Fouad Rweidi, Ahmad Abu Sbeih, Raed Abu Ta’a, Mohammad Ata Mohammad Ata Abdo, Ammar Ahmad Ali Hussein Eweisat and Omar Mheisen. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the Israeli forces arrested Sami Idais from Al-Tur and Nour Khader from Shu’fat refugee camp; note that they also arrested Odai Sinokrot. The director of Jerusalemites prisoners and detainees families committee, Amjad Abu Asab, said that four freed prisoners were among the detainees (Shalabi, Hidmi, Sinokrot and Mheisen). He added that the forces searched and damaged the contents of the houses of the freed prisoners and confiscated cell phones and computers. The forces also broke-in the house of the Secretary of Fateh Movement in the Bedouins area, Sami Abu Ghalyeh, and searched it and searched his family’s house as well. The forces also arrested Thaer Abu Lafi after raiding his house in the neighborhood of Al-Sowaneh and arrested Mahmoud Jundi on Monday afternoon from the Old City of Jerusalem, and Diala who is a student at the “education councils”; note that Diala was arrested while standing near Al-Majles Gate.
