Isolating six Jerusalemites from Al-Aqsa Mosque

The Israeli Magistrate court isolated six Jerusalemites from Al-Aqsa Mosque for durations that varied between 20 to 90 days. Lawyer Ramzi Kateelat from Qudsuna Organization for Human Rights explained that the Magistrate judge decided to release Sameeha Shahin and the two young men from Nazareth (Ahmad Husseini and Mohammad Zu’bi) on conditions of isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque for 60 days, signing a personal bail in addition to a third-party bail of 5 thousand NIS for each; note that they were arrested from Al-Aqsa Mosque on Sunday. The judge also decided to release the 18-year old Mohammad Bujeh after being detained for one week on conditions of house-arrest for 30 days, isolation from the Old City of Jerusalem for 60 days and paying a 1000-NIS bail. Bujeh was accused of participating in clashes against the Israeli police at Al-Aqsa Mosque and in the Old City. Isolation for 20 days The Magistrate judge released Ihab Jallad on conditions of house-arrest until 5/4/2015, banning him from driving a vehicle for 10 days and isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque for 20 days. Isolation for 90 days The Magistrate court also released the Marabout Aida Sidawi on condition of isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque for 90 days and a bail of 1500 NIS. Sidawi was arrested on Monday morning after violating her isolation conditions that were imposed on her last week, obstructing police work and raising riots.
