Extending the arrest of 8 young men and isolating 7 citizens from Al-Aqsa Mosque
The District and Magistrate courts judge extended the arrest of 8 Jerusalemites. Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the District judge extended the arrest of Mahmoud Abu Usba’ (accused of stabbing a settler in Jaffa Street) and Mousa Ajloni (accused of stabbing two borders police individuals near Lions Gate) until 10/5/2015. The District judge also extended the arrest of Hani Gheith until 6/5/015. The Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Hatem Shweiki until 19/5/2015, Mohammad Abu Sneineh until 19/4/2015 and Mahmoud Hadyeh and Mohammad Tawil until mid June. The judge also extended the arrest of Mahdi Abbasi until Thursday. Releases… Lawyer Mahmoud added that the judge released the 13-year old Firas Dandis and the 15-year old Mohammad Saeed Iskafi on conditions of a 750-NIS bail, a third-party bail of 5 thousand NIS and house arrest for three days for each. The judge also released Fathi Naser with on conditions of a 750-NIS bail, signing a third-party bail of 6 thousand NIS and staying at least 250 meters away from the area of Damascus Gate. Isolation… The Israeli police released Nahla Siam on condition of isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque for three months, and also isolated Yaser Najib and Adli Nasereddin from Al-Aqsa for 12 days. The Magistrate judge also decided to release Ahmad Sharabati and isolated him from Al-Aqsa Mosque for 30 days. The police decided to isolate the 41-year old Sharihan Shawa, 52-year old Sawsan Hilo and 20-year old Arij Rayyan from Al-Aqsa Mosque for 15 days.
