Releasing Adnan Gheith and Islam Natsheh

The administration of Negev prison released on Wednesday two Jerusalemite prisoners after spending 5 months under administrative arrest. Amjad Abu Asab, head of Jerusalemites detainees and prisoners families committee, explained that the occupation authorities released the secretary of Fateh Movement in Jerusalem, Adnan Gheith, and Islam Gheith. Abu Asab explained that Gheith is a freed prisoner who has been arrested several times and was also isolated from the city of Jerusalem for one year because of his activities. He was elected six months ago as the secretary of Fateh Movement in Jerusalem; note that Adnan’s brother Sadeq was also arrested on the same day. He added that Islam Natsheh was also arrested more than once and was transferred to administrative arrest because of his post on Facebook wishing Martyrdom inside Al-Aqsa Mosque; he was interrogated under the pretext of planning terrorist attacks. Abu Asab pointed out that the occupation authorities arrested several Jerusalemites last year and transferred them to administrative arrest based on a decision issued by the Minister of War.
