An injury with live bullets in Esawyeh…arrests in Al-Tur and storming into Al-Maqased hospital…clashes in Shu’fat refugee camp

The occupation forces stormed into Al-Maqased hospital in the village of Al-Tur on Wednesday night. Wadi Hilweh Information Center (WHIC) was informed that five military vehicles stormed into Al-Maqased hospital in Al-Tur and searched the emergency departments, offices, X-Rays and restrooms. They also checked the patients’ records especially the ones’ admitted at night. One young man was injured in his leg by the occupation’s live bullets during the violent clashes that broke out in the village of Esawyeh. WHIC was also informed that the occupation forces used live bullets and injured one young man in his leg during clashes in the village of Esawyeh, and also randomly fired sound grenades and rubber bullets in the streets and alleys of the village resulting in the injury of 25 citizens. The forces raided and were deployed in the village’s cemetery and went on top of the roof of a residential building. One squad of the occupation’s forces was stationed at the entrance of the village of Esawyeh and provoked the residents by stopping them and searching their vehicles. Clashes also broke out in Shu’fat refugee camp and last for several hours. He forces arrested two young men from the village of Al-Tur; Mohammad Suleiman Hadreh and Mahmoud Nour Abulhawa. In the village of Sur Baher, dozens of settlers protested at the entrance of the village and raised Israeli flags and chanted against Arabs. The forces also raided several commercial stores in Sur Baher and confiscated computer devices. The well-known figures in the village of Esawyeh, the students' parents committee, all Islamic and National powers and the institutions of the village announced a complete strike on Thursday to condemn the provocative actions of the Israeli occupation police and forces against women, children and the elderly and the use of wastewater and damage caused to vehicles and houses.
