The occupation raids the houses of Abu Jamal and Abu Ghanem in the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber…and an attempt to assault a young man
The occupation forces raided on Monday the houses of the Martyr Ala’ Daoud Abu Jamal, his father and his brother as well as the house of the injured Bilal Abu Ghanem in the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber.
Abu Jamal family explained to Wadi Hilweh Information Center that Special Forces and Intelligence personnel raided the house of the Martyr Ala’ Abu Jamal in addition to his father and three brothers’ houses. They also raided the house of the injured Bilal Abu Ghanem and took pictures and measurements of the houses.
It is noteworthy that Bilal Abu Ghanem who is accused of carrying out an attack inside an Israeli bus in the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber is currently receiving treatment in Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital after he was shot by the occupation forces; he lives with his family in an apartment he rented in the village of Esawyeh.
In the last few days, the occupation authorities also raided the houses of the Martyr Thaer Abu Ghazaleh in the Old City of Jerusalem, Martyr Fadi Alloun in the village of Esawyeh and the Martyr Mustafa Khatib in the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber.
Attempt to assault…
On the other hand, settlers attempted on Monday to assault the 30-year old Shadi Alayan in West Jerusalem.
Alayan explained to Wadi Hilweh Information Center that 5 settlers were gathered in the “religious people” neighborhood in West Jerusalem. When he passed in the area, one of them raised a knife and said: “I want to stab you before you stab me”. Alayan’s supervisor intervened and prevented the settlers from assaulting the young man.
