Releasing Jerusalemite minors on conditions of house-arrest and deportation from Jerusalem
The District and Magistrate judges decided to release Jerusalemite minors on conditions of house-arrest and depuration outside the city of Jerusalem. Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge decided to release Shadi Kleib with a 2500-NIS bail, house-arrest and deportation to Haifa. The judge also decided to release the child Malek Shqeir with a 7500-NIS bail, house-arrest and deportation to Abu Ghosh; the judge had previously extended the arrest of Shqeir until completing the legal procedures against him but the lawyer appealed the decision at the District court which approved the appeal. The District judge released the child Mohammad Ammouri with a 5-thousand NIS, a third-party bail and house-arrest until completing the legal procedures against him. The judge also extended the arrest of Ala’ Al-Qaq and Hussein Sub Laban until 19/1/2016, Mohammad Haymooni until 15/12/2016, Jalal Bayya’ until completing the legal procedures against him, the child Mohammad Naser until 7/1/2016, Majd Mustafa and Mohammad Obeid until 7/1/2016. A session was also held for the children Saleh Shtayyeh, Murad Alqam and Murad Yassin and another session was scheduled on 22/2/2016. The Magistrate also judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Hasan Mahmoud and Mohammad Aweisat until 16/12/2016 while the District judge extended the arrest of Fahmi Haymooni until 24/12/2016, Yehya Dirbas and Hani Naser until 7/1/2016. A court session was held for Mohammad Jaber, Zeid Tawil and Yazan Ayoub; the judge scheduled their next session on 22/2/2016.
