Extending the arrest of a woman from the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber on suspicion of “intention to carrying out an attack”
The occupation forces arrested on Tuesday the 30-year old Laila Mustafa from the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber. Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Mustafa until presenting her to court on Wednesday; he pointed out that she was arrested on suspicion of “intention to carrying out an attack”. On the other hand, the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of the minor Mohammad Haymooni until Thursday after the public prosecutor submitted an indictment against him while the District judge extended the arrest of Khader Abu Ghannam until Thursday, and Jihad Ja’bari and Baker Aweis until completing the legal procedures against them. The child Haitham Khweis was also presented to the judge who scheduled a session for him tomorrow; he is under house-arrest. The prosecutor also submitted an indictment against Rami Mheisen and a session was scheduled for him on 21/12/2015; he is under house-arrest. The judge also extended the arrest of Baha; Ajloni until 7/2/2016. The forces arrested on Tuesday the child Mohammad Murad Najib from the Old City of Jerusalem. Also, the 14-year old Mus’ab Najib and 12-year old Hadil Rajabi were called for interrogation on Wednesday morning.
