Scheduling a session at the Supreme Court to set a date to release Martyrs’ bodies
The Israeli Supreme Court scheduled a session on the 18th of the current month to discuss the appeal submitted by the families of Martyrs whose bodies are still detained in the occupation’s freezers which requested to set a date to release their sons’ bodies.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Supreme Court decided to hold a session on the 18th of April to discuss the appeal submitted to release the Martyrs’ bodies that have been detained for several months.
Lawyer Mahmoud added that the appeal requested the Supreme Court to order the police and public prosecution to set a date to release the bodies of Jerusalemites Martyrs detained in the refrigerators in order to bury them according to heavenly laws.
The occupation authorities have been detaining the bodies of 12 Jerusalemite Martyrs in their freezers for several months.
