Transferring Basel Abu Diab to administrative arrest…extending the arrest f 5 young men
The occupation forces transferred on Friday afternoon Basel Abu Diab to administrative arrest for three months.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the occupation intelligence requested Basel Abu Diab for interrogation at Al-Maskobyeh police center on Friday afternoon.
Immediately after arriving at Al-Maskobyeh, the police transferred him to administrative arrest for three months following an order from the Israeli Minister of Defense; Abu Diab was released at the beginning of this month after being interrogated for more than one month inside Al-Maskobyeh cells.
On the other hand, Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Shadi Natsheh, Ashraf Sharabati, Ahmad Basti, Mohammad Basti and Mohammad Bashiti until next Monday; they were arrested on Friday early morning from around Al-Aqsa Mosque and at its gates during scattered clashes that broke out in the area to condemn the closure of “medical facilities” near Al-Ghawanmeh Gate. Several other young men were bruised after being assaulted by the occupation forces.
