Extensions of arrest…conditional release
The District and Magistrate judges extended the arrest of several Jerusalemites and released others on conditions.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the judge extended the arrest of the child Omar Mona until completing the legal procedures against him.
The judge also extended the arrest of Ahmad Burghal until 23/6/2016, Maher Khatib until 19/6/2016 and Malek Hijazi until 22/6/2016.
The judge also decided to release Mohammad Mustafa and Rami Mustafa on condition of isolation from the area of the military camp established on the lands of the village of Esawyeh and with a 3-thousand NIS third-party bail for each.
Also, the judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Shalabi until 10/7/2016 and Omar Abu Sara until 20/9/2016.
The judge postponed the hearing session of Shifa’ Shallodi until 9/10/2016 and kept the house-arrest conditions imposed on her since 7 months.
Releases
On the other hand, the judge released the child Ali Aweisat and Shadi Aweisat on condition of house-arrest for 6 days and a third-party bail of 5 thousand NIS for each.
Lawyer Mahmoud explained that the judge also decided to release Ma’moon Zghayyar on condition of isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque until 10/7/2016 and a travel-ban until mid-September in addition to a 1000-NIS bail and a third-party bail of 10 thousand NIS.
Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the District judge extended the arrest of Khalil Abbasi (59) and Najib Qawasmi (61) until 13/9/2016.
