The occupation forces arrest two minors from Silwan…isolating 13 Jerusalemites from Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Old City of Jerusalem

The occupation forces arrested two minors on Tuesday morning from the village of Silwan.

Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the forces arrested Odai Gheith (16) and Eyad Gheith (16) from Silwan.

The forces also requested Mohammad Karaki for interrogation; he is from Silwan.

On the other hand, lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge decided on Monday to release 13 Jerusalemites on condition of isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Old City of Jerusalem.

They are:

  1. Mohammad Jaber: Isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque until 21/7/2016, a 200-NIS bail and a third-party bail.
  2. Amjad Abdel Ghani: Isolation from the Old City of Jerusalem until 21/7/2016, a 200-NIS bail and a third-party bail.
  3. Mouayad Abu Mayaleh: Isolation from the Old City of Jerusalem until 21/7/2016, a 200-NIS bail and a third-party bail.
  4. Mo’men Hashimeh: Isolation from the Old City of Jerusalem for 30 days and a third-party bail.
  5. Amir Bilbeisi: Isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque for 20 days, a 200-NIS bail and a third-party bail.
  6. Nour Shalabi: Isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque for 20 days, a 200-NIS bail and a third-party bail.
  7. Journalist Amjad Arafeh: Isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque for 20 days, a 200-NIS bail and a third-party bail.
  8. Ahmad Abu Ghazaleh: Isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque for 20 days, a 200-NIS bail and a third-party bail.
  9. Abdullah Da’na: Isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque until 20/7/2016, a 200-NIS bail and a third-party bail.
  10. Anas Obeid: Isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque until 20/7/2016, a 200-NIS bail and a third-party bail.
  11. Adli Naser Eddin: Isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque until 20/7/2016, a 200-NIS bail and a third-party bail.
  12. Thaer Zghayyar: Isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque until 20/7/2016, a 200-NIS bail and a third-party bail.
  13. Ala’ Fakhouri: Isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque until 20/7/2016, a 200-NIS bail and a third-party bail.

Extensions of arrests

The judge extended the arrest of Omar Firawi, Amir Karaki, Yousef Abulhawa and Sami Asi to present them to court on Tuesday, Khaled Sukhon and Yousef Farid until 13/7/2016; an indictment was submitted against them including charges of throwing stones at Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The judge also extended the arrest of Mohammad Halayqa until 7/7/2016, Ahmad Tarwa until 6/7/2016, Wadi’ Alayan until 8/7/2016, Ahmad Burghal and Majd Risheq until 8/7/2016 to submit an indictment against them, Mohammad Aweisat until 7/7/2016 and Mohammad Abu Hummos until 20/7/2016.

The judge also renewed the travel-ban imposed on Mohammad Abu Nijmeh for 90 more days.
